Doug Tierce - President
Doug began a career in the home & business improvement industry in 2001. His experience in the engineering industry lead him into an improvement oriented service due to their strategically related similarities of problem solving. In other words, Doug was usually found taking things apart and rebuilding them from an early age. A great deal of Doug's knowledge of remodeling is due to his unique hands on experience. Even though Tierce Construction has grown significantly thanks to referrals from past and current clients, you can still find Doug with his tool belt around his waist. You can be assured your project will be a work of art!

Carolyn Tierce - V.P./Operations Manager
Carolyn is the person of contact with regard to the financial aspects of your project. A contract will be provided detailing these aspects as well as scheduling. She communicates with all our suppliers and subcontractors throughout your whole experience making sure no detail is left behind and, more importantly, no customer is left with unanswered questions. Carolyn also manages all personnel making sure that each employee adheres to Tierce Constructions's Code of Ethics.
